The conference took place at the historical campus of the Faculty of Science, Masaryk University in Brno which is situated at Kotlářská 2.

Keynote Speakers and Paper Tracks will focus on Capacity Building related to technology policies in reference to:

- Public policies
- Smart cities/regions

The keynote lectures will be 30 minutes plus time for discussion or rebuttal. The contributed talks will be in parallel sessions, with time frame of 20 minuts each including the Q&A. Some of the contributions could be also accepted in the poster form.
Selected papers will be invited to the special conference proceedings which will be an e-book published by the Masaryk University and the printed copies will be distributed to all participants.
